SECOND COURSE

Parmigiana (Chicken | Veal | Eggplant)

Breaded cutlet topped with homemade tomato sauce & mozzarella cheese. 

Lobster Ravioli

Black & white striped ravioli stuffed with New England lobster & ricotta cheese in a saffon cream sauce.

*Shrimp & Scallops Fiorentina

Pan seared shrimp & scallops in a sauteed garlic, shallots, white wine, lemon, butter sauce. Served over sauteed baby spinach. 

Pappardelle Primavera

Grilled julienned zucchini & summer squash, spinach, white beans, broccoli,  garlic, olive oil, wine, brandy & parmigiane cheese. 

Gnocchi Pomodoro

Potato gnocchi with homemade tomato sauce, meatball, sausage, & pork.

* Chicken & Shrimp Toscana

Chicken, shrimp, broccoli and cannellini beans, sauteéd with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, white wine & Parmigiana, tossed with penne pasta.

* Shrimp & Chicken Ala Vodka

Sauteed chicken & shrimp in a creamy vodka sauce with a touch of tomato. Served with penne pasta.

* Marasala

Sauteed veal or chicken scalopini with mushroom Marsala sauce.

* Salmon Agrodolce

Grilled fillet of salmon with olives, tomatoes, and mandarin oranges in a basil white wine sauce.

* Maple glazed Pork Chop

Grilled, center cut pork chop finished with maple, honey, pomeroy and dijon mustard demi-glaze..

* Chicken & Italian Sausage

Sauteed chicken and italian sausage with sweet vinegar peppers, roasted potatoes & garlic in a white wine demi-glaze

Pork Osso Bucco

Braised pork shank with celery, carrots, & onions in a Barbera wine sauce.

* Roasted Duck

Crispy, semi-boneless 1/2 duck with a spicy plum sauce. Served with sauteed bok choy & risotto of the day.
